I'm Paul, a product designer with 15+ years of experience at Realtor.com, USAA, and Under Armour. I help teams turn complex, messy problems into simple experiences people count on every day. My work spans early strategy through launch, from shaping product vision to designing interfaces to partnering with engineering on implementation.
I love digging into complexity and designing solutions that deliver measurable results. I believe the best outcomes come from working closely with product and engineering, mentoring designers, and building teams where everyone feels supported and excited about where we're headed.
Outside of design, I'm usually making pottery, cycling around Austin, planning my next trip, or watching movies with my cat Scrimp.
